KITCHENER — John Huff is the person who savagely attacked his girlfriend, Tammy Card, in 2007, his brother told jurors Wednesday.
In dramatic testimony at John Huff’s attempted murder trial, his own brother, Ronald Huff, accused him of swinging the bat that split his girlfriend’s skull and left her near death at her Kitchener home on May 31, 2007.
Ron Huff said he and his brother drove through the night from Ottawa to kill Card. But he “cowered out’’ at the last minute, and waited in his brother’s truck in a nearby parking lot, he said.
“When John got back to the truck, he threw his gloves on my shoes and said, ‘I killed the bitch,’” Ron Huff testified.
Card was found unconscious, with blood pouring from her head, inside the foyer of her apartment at 4 Horizon Court in Kitchener just after 5 a.m. She had been heading out the door for work.
She almost died, but survived after a neurosurgeon performed emergency surgery.

I have been selling Life insurance in Ottawa, Ontario now for 15 years. Before I was doing online Life Insurance Quotes, I was selling insurance the old fashioned way, referrals, cold calling, telemarketing etc.

I don’t do it very often any more, as my clientele is all over Ontario now, but whenever I have a prospect in the Ottawa area, I try to make it a point to see them in person, rather then online.
I have some good friends that are also Life insurance Brokers in Ottawa, Ontario and we have been talking about forming a master mind alliance of sort, and meet on a a monthly basis, but for one reason or another it just never happens, at least not for now.
The actual place of my office is a little place outside of Ottawa, 35 km east, it is called Rockland, Ontario.
Life Insurance in Rockland, Ontario seems to be very popular, ther seems to be a lot of Life insurance agents in Rockland, one Industrial Alliance office apparently has 30 Agents, and there is a few others as well. I always thought I would have more clients in Rocklan, being my home town for the last 9 years, but so far I only have a handful.
I should probably be doing something about that, maybe I will start advertising again.
